3 Acupressure points for headaches

Hi sunshine,

Yesterday, I had one of those  headaches that just won't quit. You know the kind—the linger annoyingly, distracting you every minute of the day.. But before I reached for painkillers, I went straight to my go-to acupressure routine, and guess what? It worked.  I did a couple of rounds and within 30minutes, my headache had gone!

And because I’ve got your back, I decided to film a quick video to show you exactly how I got rid of my headache.

In this video, I’ll guide you through three powerful acupressure points that help release the built-up pressure in your head, allowing it to move down through your body and disperse.

How to Use These Points for Maximum Relief:

Press, pump, or massage each point for 60 seconds.
✔ It might feel tender or even painful—that’s normal! Be gentle with yourself. Press as long as you can tolerate it.
✔ If it’s too intense, just hold the point lightly for 2 minutes instead. Always do what feel comfortable to you.
✔ You can repeat the sequence every 15-20 minutes if needed.

Now, here’s the mind-blowing part—this technique isn’t just for headaches that already exist. If you tend to get headaches often, you can use this sequence daily to prevent them from happening in the first place. Just 3 minutes a day can help keep headaches away for good! 🌿

Watch the video, try it out, and let me know how you feel! And if you want more self-healing techniques like this, grab access to my free video library where I teach you how to treat common pains using acupressure. You have so much power over your health, sunshine—never forget that!

You’ve got this, and I’ve got you!

Thank you for being here,

Des xx
