My story
At 43, I had a radical hysterectomy.
I kept my ovaries, practiced my tools—Shiatsu, breathwork, acupressure—and waited for the symptoms to hit.
But they didn’t.
I thought: I’ve got this.
Then 2020 hit. And so did COVID.
Hard.
Suddenly, I couldn’t digest properly. Couldn’t walk the block. Couldn’t think straight. My energy? Gone.
By then, I had over a decade of experience as a certified Shiatsu Therapist, Chi Nei Tsang practitioner, and 5-Element QiGong teacher.
But I had to start over.


I didn’t have the strength for 60-minute sessions. Couldn’t commit to big routines.
So I broke everything I knew into one-minute resets:
One minute of breath.
One minute of touch.
One minute of movement.
That’s all I could do. So I did it. Every day.
I built a roadmap based on my symptoms. I adapted. I listened. And it worked.
Six months later?
Digestion restored.
Energy back.
Brain sharp.
Weight gone.
That’s when I knew: This isn’t just a method. This is a mission.
The Meridian Healer was born.

Since then, I’ve helped women around the world reset their symptoms, regulate their nervous systems, stop spiraling, and release perimenopausal symptoms before they take root.

Then COVID hit again. And again.
And round three? It came with all the symptoms: night sweats, weight gain, hot flashes, bloating, heart palpitations, brain fog—boom.
All at once.
And while my symptoms flared, my parents were hospitalized. My stress levels? Off the charts.
That’s when I realized something even deeper:
