Some stories stick with you forever. Claire’s is one of them. Claire was 13 when she first came to me. Her mum had worked with me before and knew how transformational this work can be. Every cycle, like clockwork: the cramps would come, debilitating and sharp, forcing her to lie in bed while her classmates moved on with their lives.
And what do most of us do when that kind of pain shows up? We reach for a painkiller and try to push through. And worst of all, that's what we tell our daughters. "Just deal with it!" my mum would say. "It can't be that bad!"

From Pain to Power: How she got there!
Claire enrolled in my 1:1 coaching experience. Our very first session happened during one of her worst flare-ups. She was in excruciating pain, right there on the call with me. So instead of talking first, we got straight to work. I showed her specific acupressure points that directly address period-related abdominal pain . I guided her while she worked on them, needless to say they were very painful. We practiced some gentle abdominal massage, to release the tightness of the abdomen, and ease her pain. We finished off the session with some breathwork. Claire is my youngest client and she was a champ!
