I’ve got something magical to share that’s as simple as it is powerful—a little heart-healing trick that takes just a minute ( you know I love my 60sec routines!) but can make a world of difference. It’s all about acupressure, specifically the mighty Heart Number 7 Point.

- Settle In: PAUSE, relax your shoulders, sit or stand comfortably, and smile to yourself, a big, wide smile to your WONDERFUL self. Take a deep breath in through the nose and let it out with a sigh of relief "aaahhhh".
- Locate the Point: On your wrist, trace a line from your pinky finger to the crease where your hand meets your arm. Feel a little dip there? That’s your Heart 7 Point!
- Press & Massage: Using your thumb, press firmly but gently, with LOVE and KINDNESS. Pump, massage, or hold the point for 60 seconds.
- Switch Sides: Repeat on your other wrist.
