This is your sanctuary. It's been my sanctuary since I spent my first summer here in 1987,  and I want to share it with you, every beach, every hill, the history, the mythology, local life, I want to share it all.

Now imagine leaving this 6 day experience not just having had a great time, feeling  recharged and rejuvenated.

But also, having learnt  simple, 1minute resets. Empowering tools- practices rooted in the ancient wisdom of Taoism & Traditional Chinese Medicine. 1minute resets that seamlessly fit into your life, helping you UNBURDEN and RELEASE daily stressors, helping you  feel more energized , focused, and joyful. Every single day, from now on.

Rich in  history & mythology: it's the island of Cyclops where Ulysses escaped the one eyed giant to go on with his adventures till he arrived in his home of Ithaca.

Lastly, Serifos, is in the Cycladic complex in Greece- you've probably heard of Paros, Mykonos, Santorini-you've seen their unparalleled beauty- now you'll meet their baby sister.

Somatic Movement & Breathwork with me- gentle  beginner-friendly practices that release tension, stress, overwhelm and help you reconnect with your mind, body and  spirit. All this barefoot on sandy beaches , the gentle sound of the waves as our soundtrack.

Kundalini Yoga with Antria- beginner friendly sessions; gently move, chant and meditate, becoming one with the elements that surround you.

Sound Healing with Nikolaos-
Let the vibrations of sound baths cradle you, soothing your nervous system; a truly profound experience.

Walks in Nature- Feel the earth beneath your feet and the sea breeze in your hair as you explore the island, untouched by crowds and chaos.

Immersion in Local Life
Enjoy homegrown meals, meet the locals, and connect to the rich mythology and history of this magical island.

I believe that small actions build momentum, and momentum creates change. Your small actions will create BIG shift;, you’ll learn how one minute is enough to start your transformation.
